About

Built from Amazon's own words.

RefundGone exists because of an asymmetry: when sellers lose money to Amazon, an industry sells them help. When buyers lose money to Amazon, there were two volunteer advocates and a form letter. This site is the buyer's map — drawn entirely from sources Amazon and the courts published.

The method

Primary sources first. Amazon's Gift Card Terms and Conditions of Use, its letters as recipients have published them, its settlement statement, and the settlement administrator's (Angeion Group) announcements. Every load-bearing fact on this site carries its source and the date it was checked (Oct 20, 2026).
Doors are labeled by their evidence. Documented by Amazon, verified by named advocates, or folklore. Folklore is named as folklore wherever it appears — and never appears in the checker's answers.
Honest odds, in writing. The free checker grades cases "weak" when they're weak. The trapped-balance module states its reversal odds before it teaches a single letter. A site that inflates your case to sell you a kit would inflate anything.
Honest buyers only. Nothing here teaches evading a ban, opening replacement accounts, or dressing up a return that actually happened the way Amazon says it did. Honesty leaves a paper trail; the entire method is built on that trail.

What this site is not

RefundGone is an educational product of CLEARDEAL LLC. It is not a law firm, not a reinstatement service, not an agent of Amazon, and not affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. — Amazon is named only to identify the subject matter. We never access any account, never ask for any login, and never submit anything on anyone's behalf. Questions: help@doogex.com.
